Architectural designs for small commercial buildings include (on request) some structural component designs, a site layout design which includes Civil Engineering designs such as storm water management on site, sewerage and water reticulation design on the site.

These can be done for the entire site, parking layouts and extensions on existing commercial complexes.
Modelling for existing or on-going projects can be done on request. It is helpful for advertising new and upcoming commercial developments.
